We have tried all of the manual flow control devices on the market, and across the board, we wanted to improve the responsiveness of the devices to more precisely control extraction. We also wanted to add this type of flow control to our favorite E61 machines — such as the Synchronika and LUCCA M58. So we turned to the coffee nerds at LUCCA. They made this device to improve your extraction and bring out the most flavor in your coffee, with an easy interface to guide your profiles. While most flow control kits are chrome-plated brass, the LUCCA flow control device is constructed out of stainless steel for increased longevity and performance. 

This add-on is compatible with any E61 espresso machine. It allows baristas to experiment and customize every shot of espresso by adjusting water flow and pressure at the group head from 0 to 10 bar.
