The Steps

  1. Put your kettle on to boil.
  2. Remove lid/press and preheat with hot water.
  3. Measure out coffee :  26 grams (for 12 oz cup / 35 grams for 16oz cup) and grind to coarse.
  4. Add water (415 grams for 12oz / 525 for 16oz)  at 200 F. Wet all grounds evenly.
  5. Fold in top crust after two minutes.
  6. Plunge mesh filter after total of four minutes.
