You have 30 days to return your machine to us without risk. While we can’t pay for the shipping on the way back if you change your mind (we absolutely will if there is a problem), we can send you a label and make the entire process as easy as possible. We will simply deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
The Nitty Gritty
Please be sure to package the items you are returning in the same way that you received them. This is especially important for espresso machines. These are easily damaged in shipment due to their weight and finish.
Items damaged in return shipping due to inadequate or incorrect repackaging may be charged a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
