The Steps

  1. Open plunge chamber and preheat with hot water.
  2. Measure and grind coffee :: 2.5 Tbsp. (14-15g.) medium grind.
  3. Add coffee to chamber and add water to mark. Stir gently.
  4. Fill chamber to hexagonal ring.
  5. Wet filter with hot water and replace filter cap.
  6. Invert and plunge after 1 min. 30 sec. Plunge should take :30 to :45 seconds.
