This unit has never been used with coffee but did suffer some slight shipping damage.  There is a small push dent in the center of the machine's upper front panel and a dent around the steam knob. Both of these dents are hardly noticeable and difficult to photograph. There are some scratches in the top tray from shipping/handling. It has been thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and tested by our tech team. Includes the original accessories and a full warranty.
