The La Spaziale Dream builds on the success of the well built, well loved Vivaldi II and adds a touchpad and display to make it easier to use than ever. With its dual boilers, integrated PID, and volumetric shot dosing this machine gives you the tools to make pulling great shots easy and repeatable. Its 1.2L steam boiler offers enough power to dazzle your entire dinner party with lattes, and then a few for the road.
The combination of its volumetric dosing and its forgiving 53mm portafilter means that once you have everything dialed in it’s dead simple for anyone else to walk up and pull a great shot.
They say that with great power comes great responsibility, but with the Dream’s built in 7-day timer you don’t have to worry about that. Using the touchpad it’s easy to set it up to turn on and off so it’s ready for you when you wake up and goes to sleep when you do.

The reservoir is the water tank an espresso machine pulls water from to fill its boilers. Having a reservoir means a machine can be more portable and work in homes where plumbing isn't an option.
Saturated Group Head
Saturated group heads are essentially surrounded by an extended section of the boiler. This means they warm up much faster than E61 group heads and hold a specified temperature more precisely.
These machines are built from the ground up with the home barista in mind. They span a wide range of needs but what they all have in common is a focus on creating a great user experience in a footprint that will fit on your counter, and look great there too.
Looking to pull some espresso at a wedding or serve cappuccinos to all your holiday party guests? Want to upgrade your office coffee setup? You’ll need a durable machine that can keep up with the crowds. Any of these espresso machines can bring the heat and look beautiful doing it.
Dedicated temperature controlled boilers for brewing and steaming means both functions can happen simultaneously, with the additional advantage of fine tunability. Sour and bitter espresso flavors can be minimized by raising or lowering brew temperature, resulting in a smoother shot. Adjusting the temperature of the steam boiler can increase or decrease the amount of steam power to suit different drink size milk drinks.
Vibratory pumps are the most common design in compact espresso machines, because they’re durable, compact and economical. Although they’re a bit louder than rotary pumps, when adjusted to proper 9 bar brew pressure vibratory pumps offer comparable espresso quality.
Digital Temperature Control
Closed loop temperature control is a very simple and reliable means of maintaining boiler temperature. Brew temperature and steam boiler temperature can be adjusted degree by degree.
Volumetric programming gives the option of precisely dispensing a desired amount of liquid with the push of a button. For example, the double shot button can be programmed for a double shot, and the single shot button can be programmed for a 1oz rinsing flush.
