“We’re super excited to offer this Finca La Curva microlot from the Amazonas region of Peru. The farmer, Jose Reybar, is a member of the producer organization PROCECAM which is leading the way in ethical and sustainable practices. Jose is 1 of 202 small producers and his farm covers a single hectare extending from 1,600-1,700masl. In this case, size truly doesn’t matter as his coffee is considered among the best of the best. In the cup, it explodes with sweet Bing cherries and coats the palate with milk chocolate on the finish. 100% shade grown, 100% typica varietal and, as always, 100% roasted!”
