Sterling Coffee Roasters Ethiopia Yabitu Koba

0 / 5 0 customer reviews

What do you get when you combine tropical fruit aromatics and agave sweetness? You'd get something close to the Ethiopia Yabitu Koba. This coffee is beautiful in the Ratio 8, as a pour over, or as a small americano.

From Sterling:
“In the small town of Uraga, in the far south of Ethiopia’s Guji region, lies the Yabitu Koba co-op. Farms here score the trifecta of good fortune: stellar growing conditions, heirloom varietals, and the farmers’ meticulous attention to the most minute details of the process. The result is coffee that is super nuanced, bursting with tropical fruits and a raw agave sweetness on the finish. So juicy. So Sterling. Light roasted for drip and press.”
