Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date the order was delivered. Smallware items must be unused. Parts are non-returnable. Open Box, Like New, and Factory Blem items are also non-returnable.

Need to Know

Over time coffee grounds will build up within the dispersion screen and create an inconsistent pathway for water. Even after routine cleaning, Clive recommends replacing group gaskets and shower screens once a year to maintain the best-tasting espresso.
