The Airscape Coffee Canister from Planetary Design uses a patented two-lid system that actively removes air from the container and locks it out. Unlike standard canisters that simply seal, the Airscape's inner plunger lid forces air up and out, then creates an airtight barrier directly on top of your beans. This dramatically slows oxidation and preserves the aromatics and flavor compounds that make fresh coffee worth drinking.
