Intro to home brew: elementary

Samantha is wonderful but the course is not worth $45. It's nothing you can't find for free from companies like Whole Latte Love or Seattle Coffee Gear and many others including just doing a Bing or Google search. The question of whether to adjust amount of coffee to yield desired output, e.g. 360ml or 475ml, was not addressed. As you know the grounds will retain approximately 2% of water. I guess if you are a complete and utter beginner and have absolutely no internet experience and no library card it might be worth it.

Very informative fun class for beginners.

Intro to Manual Home Brewing

The instructor is top notch. The course covers basics for immersion brewing like French Press, and percolation brewing like pourover. You will be given the tools to help you on your way to making your best coffee. The really good thing about the course is it's yours and you can return to it as often as needed as you fine tune your techniques.
