E61 Group Head Rebuild Kit

Tell me how at 100$ you can sell the kits with orings for the CAM lobe that do NOT work. Had to use parts from another machine. Kits should make your life easy. I ordered 2 of these, unacceptable.

Loved the repair kit and video, I am trying to get my buddy to purchase a kit.

Rebuild went great and we had a blast doing it. The kit was as advertised. Let’s see if we can go another 5 years before the next one.

This kit helped get my older Profitec 700 working like new again. Installation was not as simple as I'd hoped- a lot of wrenches and stuck bolts from years of heat. I also really suggest you photograph everything as you take it apart. I mixed up two of the cam shafts and had to take things apart an extra time. Once it was done, it worked great.

The kit is exactly what I needed for my Profitec Pro 500. Deb was extremely helpful with follow-up service parts for my Lucca Flow Control.

The parts fit well and the installation video was easy to follow. It would help to provide a little packet of Molykote as that’s essential for smooth operation and mentioned extensively in the video.

This is a good kit. It could be great with the addition of three items: 1) a medium size teflon gasket for use between the discharge and drain spout 2) mushroom o-ring 3) a packet of hi-temp lubricant Be careful removing the o-ring and lower gasket as they will need to go back on the machine.

Cones with everything you need and looked to be either on par or exceeding the OEM ECM quality.

Sure... The parts are great and definitely good quality but the technical support that I get from Clive Coffee to make sure I'm installing everything properly is phenomenal. I don't think I'll ever buy any parts or equipment from anyone else because of the great service I get from Clive.

I was super nervous to undertake this service because you take so much of the machine apart and I'm not the handiest person. The Clive video makes it totally doable. I just had to buy some picks and lubricant. Watch the video a couple times, take a deep breath and take it slowly. You'll be fine. It breathes new life into your machine. Go for it. Note: these grouphead parts work in lots of manufacturers' machines, my ECM Classika was slightly different than the model in the video but close enough to figure it out.

Kit has everything you need. I was able to restore my E61 back to new condition.

Kit works fine. Does not include springs which are available separately (and are not needed unless it’s been a very long time since you’ve done significant maintenance).
