This portafilter works fantastic and has excellence build quality as expected from ECM. I love being able to observe the extraction and also love that it allows me to place a larger cup on the drip tray of my ECM Synchronika. I’m able to get an Acaia lunar scale and 10oz ember mug under this portafilter or a 14oz ember mug without the Acaia lunar scale. The 14oz ember mug also does fit on the scale, but it’s a close fit and can sometimes trip the Acaia scale automatic flow detection prematurely. I’m not sure if it because of the weight of the mug or something else, but it’s not a big deal.
Fits great in my Profitec 500 pro with flow control. Fit and finish are top notch. Bottomless portafilters are a must so you can really get the most out of your coffee. I am very happy.

Very high quality bottomless portafilter that matches my Profitec 600 well. The triple shot basket seems very high quality, although I have stuck with my double shot basket. I would have preferred that the portafilter handle was not angled, but that's a minor quibble and a matter of preference. The price was quite a bit cheaper than other sellers, so very pleased with the purchase.

Quality is perfect. There's lots of info available about the benefits of bottomless portafilters. One extra bonus--the pressurized portafilters that came with my ECM were really a challenge to balance on my Lucca scale. This one is easy. Also much easier to tamp (oops, make that TWO extra bonuses).

The only con is that you cannot use the unibasket from Weber Workshop.

I bought this for a non ECM machine, and it fits great. Haven’t really used to included 21 gram basket yet, but it seems nicely made. The ECM finish is superb.
