HCWS Filtration and Softening Replacement Cartridge

I love the filter! it usually lasts about a year, sometimes a little longer and my water is extremely hard! I get a perfectly clean water that reads green suitable for my expensive espresso machine.

These are very easy to remove and install. I’ve used a number of these for my ECM Synchronica. A counter I keep shows just over 5,000 shots pulled!

These filter kits work great and are easy to install. I connected one over a year ago to the plumbing under my kitchen sink and recently installed this one in my vacation home under the house directly to PEX. The push connectors work really well, and they have never leaked. When I first tried to adjust the pressure knob on this latest install, the pressure and pressure gauge wasn't changing, but after running a bit of water through it and adjusting the knob back and forth, it eventually started working as expected.

This has been working great for us. First one lasted about 9 months using it for all our drinking and cooking water. Second one is tracking towards the same lifespan. It's a very convenient way to soften the water from our existing 3 stage carbon filter.

Still on the same filter after 15 months and it only starting to show less but still soft!
