Its grind-by-time function is easy to use, and its stepless grind adjustment can fine-tune your espresso dose. A departure from their large bulk grinder, the EK43, the E65S focuses on espresso, slimming the body down for aesthetics and functionality. Mahlkönig’s patented Disc Distance Detection (DDD) lets you fine-tune your grind setting based on the actual distance between the burrs, offering superior precision along with an independent locking mechanism to prevent drift.
