This coffee originates from the La Prosperidad de Chirinos cooperative, which has a long history of commitment to sustainability and transparency. This Regenerative Organic Certified single-origin lot is washed and grown by over 700 smallholder members at altitudes ranging from 1300 to 2000 meters above sea level. The cup is sweet and balanced, with tasting notes of red apple, baking spices, and cashew butter.
