Was frustrated because the piece sheared off & I had to have someone local work on & fix my Maci. Something that should have been an easy fix ended up no being that way. Your online help staff were very helpful though in diagnosing the issue.

Works, but lame quality

Be aware that you, like me, may receive a part that is different than the one pictured here. I received an aluminum part with a really short threaded portion, shorted than pictured. It works, but I was hoping for something better - as pictured.
