Pullman 876 Filtration Basket

The Pullman 876 better filters out the fine sediment that came through my original Profitec Pro 700 basket. The seal between the basket and the group head is also better now, allowing me to grind finer!

I cannot overstate how this portafilter has helped my coffee routine! Prior to switching to and using the Pullman portafilter basket for my ECM Classika PID, I was using the OEM basket that came with the machine. No matter how many times I swirled my WDT, used my ECM leveler and ECM regulating tamper, I had soggy pucks and so much channeling. I was so frustrated.

This all stopped with the Pullman filtration basket. My pucks look great and NO CHANNELING! YOU MUST BUY THIS and update your basket game!!

I purchased this basket recently when I upgraded to the Linea Mini. I have previously always used an 18g VST ridged basket which has been great. IMO, this is better. Very satisfied with this purchase and Clive Coffee has been awesome.

It works very well—a definite difference from the factory basket.

I have to say this is is a fantastic basket. Coming from an IMS basket, this was a lot easier to dial in and the flow seemed much better. I like the fact that it is magnetized as well

So far my favorite basket

High precision holes and vertical side walls made with a high quality material. Worth the price. I had to go WAY way down in grind size which really opened up more flavor in my shots.

This could be a great basket if it fit in the portafilter better. It does give you different flavors from other baskets. It’s worth a try.

Love this filter basket! The first shot I dialed in I drank straight before I even realized it…it was that good! I don’t normally drink shots straight.

I'm pulling better tasting shots with this as I can grind a little finer thanks to the amount of holes. Watching the extraction it is very even from edge to center. Very happy.

I have been trying to figure out a burned taste in my espresso for months on a PID’d GCP. This basket did it. I’ve tried multiple variations of IMS baskets (as they’re the most available) temperature, grind, tamping technique, dose, but couldn’t make a change in the cup. This morning I used our new Pullman basket that came earlier in the week and with no other changes the coffee is completely different. It has nutty and fruity notes. I’m blown away.

It’s a great basket, I recommend.
