The Red Cab was carefully roasted for you by Barefoot Coffee Roasters. This coffee was grown in the Carmo de Minas, Sul de Minas region of Brazil at an altitude of 1,100 - 1,200 meters. The lots consisted of Caturra and Catuai varieties. This Brazilian coffee is heavy bodied and creamy, it reminds us of a s'more, with notes of graham cracker, chocolate, marshmallow, and hazelnuts.
