It's just ok. Tolerances could be better. Lacking magnets on the bottom. Non-stick coating is the only redeeming feature over the competition. I don't think it's worth the price at all.

It does exactly what it

It does exactly what it is designed to do, neat & clean with a nice distribution of grinds, fines and micro-fines. I noticed the (incremental) improvement in taste with my first sip. Manufacturing and anodizing is perfect. Certainly is a conversation starter and separates those who understand an obsession from those who eye-roll.

I never expected this to work as well as it does. I watched the Clive video of various puck prep methods and decided to give this a try… I have brewed some of my best espresso to date since adding this to my routine. Amazing product!

This does a great job

This does a great job with clumping and distribution. Learning the right grip was trial and error. A video with the right and wrong grip technique would be suggested.

The product is well made. However, ease of use is a different story. If you fill it with coffee and you try to hold the bottom of the top together to shake it the slightest movement will move the bottom and the coffee wall fly out. I have had to back up a lot of coffee getting used to using it.
