Bali Kintamani Blue Moon

This single-origin coffee from Barefoot hails from the volcanic slopes of the Kintamani Highlands in central Bali, where smallholder farmers, organized through traditional Subak Abian systems, cultivate it in rich, mineral-rich loam. The cherries are hand-picked, then wet-hulled (giling basah) and sun-dried in two stages on raised beds, a process that gives the cherries their distinctive bluish hue. In the cup, it’s full-bodied and bold, with notes of chocolate fudge, deep molasses, and a whisper of tobacco.
