You can redeem your points in two places. Either in the cart if you are logged in, or in the "Clive Rewards" section of your account page. Keep in mind that redemptions will generate a coupon code for $$ off your purchase, depending on the number of points you redeem. If you do not use this coupon code, it will be available for future use in the Account section. The points will not be returned to your account.

You earn 2 points per dollar of purchase. Every 100 points can be redeemed for $1 off. While it doesn't sound like much, it adds up for machines and packages like the ones we curate at Clive. On a $3,500 purchase, you will receive $70 back in points. Most of our customers choose to use these on wood upgrades, accessories, or their first couple of months of coffee.
