Ethiopia Kayon Mountain Farm

This natural offering comes from the Kayon Mountain Farm in East Guji, Ethiopia, where Ismel Hassen and his family have been cultivating organic coffee since 2012. This coffee is a standout, grown on 600 acres of lush, shaded land in the Guji zone, an area gaining recognition for its vibrant flavor profiles. Drying on raised beds for up to 20 days, the natural process brings out bold notes of peach, raspberry, and a touch of wine-like complexity. It’s rich, syrupy, and a hallmark example of why the Guji region is on the rise.
