I am bummed that he

I am bummed that he unit failed but this one went in easily. My only gripe is that it also requires a new gasket and nobody said a word. For what it is, it's very expensive. Be sure not to overtignten the screws or you get a ground fault

We experienced a “rare” heating

We experienced a “rare” heating element failure…Pro 500 would only heat to 139 degrees despite having 120v. Expertly diagnosed by the Clive techs. A straightforward repair. Reinforces why I purchased this perfect machine from Clive Coffee…great espresso and when there’s a problem the support is exceptional!

OEM replacement for my Profitec

OEM replacement for my Profitec Pro 600! Remember to purchase and replace the gasket if you are replacement this element! My local water is very hard and I had mineral sediments coming through my hot water dispenser on the Pro 600. The old element was ENCRUSTED with hard minerals!!! Changing was a breeze on the Profitec with easy access on the bottom of the machine. Thank you to Clive Coffee for answering my questions so quickly and sending the part fast!!
