2025 Holiday Shipping, Returns, and Hours

Due to the busy holiday season, our current fulfillment times for in-stock items are 1–3 business days. We do not offer rush processing. Furthermore, please note that while we can control when things ship, we are not responsible for delays in transit caused by UPS, USPS, or FedEx. If you are unsure about your timeline, we recommend upgrading to the fastest shipping method.

*Products that we dropship or items sent via freight do not follow this timeline. See below for a list of products that are drop-shipped or shipped via freight.* 

To ensure the best chance at delivery by December 24th, we recommend placing your order no later than the following dates with these shipping options:

  • UPS Ground: Monday, 12/15 (Ground Service Map below)
  • UPS 2Day: Thursday, 12/18
  • UPS Overnight: Saturday, 12/20

Missed your shipping cut-off?

If you missed your cutoff date, please note that our gift cards, Misto coffee subscriptions, and online Coffee School courses can still be printed and gifted to any coffee lover. 

Return Agreement Extension 

We're extending our return policy to January 15th (instead of the default 30 days from delivery) for holiday gifting. 

Holiday Hours:

All departments & our Portland showroom will be closed:

  • Thanksgiving: 11/27
  • Christmas Eve: 12/24
  • Christmas Day: 12/25
  • New Year's Day: 1/1

Shipping & Technical Support will also be closed for a year-end inventory count:

  • Tuesday, 12/30
