These mugs have a really nice satin finish, not glossy like some of the pictures show. Feel really nice in the hand. Go great with other black coffee gear. And the shape and size (12oz) are perfect for lattes.

I was looking for a special latte cup that would expand my latte art capability. It required a rounded inside bottom, and allow for a 12 oz latte. I awaited my delivery excitedly. Unfortunately, the package contained two 8oz cups, which were not what I ordered. I have many 8oz cups already. Clive Coffee was very nice and shipped out the 12 ounce cups, with free return label. The cups are beautifully designed, but a 12oz fill takes the coffee to the very top. It spills every time. The cups are a bit heavy also. I should note that the web site stated correctly that the cups were 10oz size, but when I spoke to the representative prior to order, I was assured they were 12oz, similar to other sites' descriptions for that cup, “since notNeutral does not make a 10oz cup”. Turns out Clive website was correct; these are 10oz cups, so I kept them since their description was correct. I will continue looking for that special cup, but now it’s gonna be 14oz or larger.
Great design and very sturdy. Feels great to hold and not at all flimsy. The latte size holds a good amount. I like the depth of it to practice my latte art! The black is a nice modern color.
