The Quick Mill vibratory pump pulsor is a genuine OEM replacement component designed to restore proper pump function in Quick Mill espresso machines. This small but critical part maintains the vibration frequency that drives water through your machine at the correct pressure. When a pulsor fails, you'll notice inconsistent extraction pressure, unusual pump noise, or complete pump failure. Installing a fresh pulsor returns your Quick Mill to factory specification.

Why This Part Matters

Vibratory pumps are the heart of most home espresso machines, and the pulsor is what keeps that heart beating at the right rhythm. Unlike rotary pumps found in commercial equipment, vibratory pumps use electromagnetic pulses to move water — and the pulsor is the electromagnetic coil that makes it happen. It's a wear component that degrades over time, especially in high-volume households or hard water environments. Replacing it is straightforward for anyone comfortable with basic machine disassembly, and it costs a fraction of a full pump replacement.

Ideal For

This pulsor is designed specifically for Quick Mill vibratory pump espresso machines. If you're experiencing pump issues — inconsistent pressure, rattling, or failure to build pressure — and you've ruled out scale buildup or valve problems, the pulsor is a likely culprit. It's a straightforward repair for intermediate-level home users comfortable opening their machine, and Clive's tech support makes it even easier. If you're maintaining a Quick Mill machine that sees daily use, keeping a spare pulsor on hand is smart preventative maintenance.

Added this to my Profitec

Added this to my Profitec Go, which required some relocating of the vibratory pump in order to fit and not hit the wall of the machine. Once the line pressure is up, this makes the machine give off a quiet hum and is much more pleasant than the rattly noise of the native vibratory pump.
