You have 10 days to return your machine to us without risk. While we can't pay for the shipping on the way back if you change your mind (we absolutely will if there is a problem), we can make the rest of the process as easy as possible. We will send you packaging and draining guidelines to ensure it arrives safely back to us and get you either a refund or the machine that better fits your needs. While this is easy - it is a bit expensive, so we try our hardest to make sure you get it right the first time.
The Nitty Gritty
Please be sure to package the items you are returning in the same way that you received them. This is especially important for espresso machines. These are easily damaged in shipment due to their weight and finish. If you have any doubts or questions please contact us before proceeding.
Returned items in need of cleaning or maintenance due to inadequate or improper repackaging may be charged a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
Machines returned within the first 10 days are subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%.
