This exceptional decaf is the result of a collaboration between the powerful Rio Grijalva, and the dedicated coffee farmers of Chiapas, Mexico. This huge river irrigates the coffee farms that occupy the highlands surrounding its La Angostura dam — an area that is also a protected nature reserve. The coffee from this region is decaffeinated locally, using clear water sourced from the glaciers on top of nearby mountains.
Angostura Decaf is fully washed before being sun-dried on raised beds. With notes of tangerine, dried fig, and nutella, this coffee is as rich, nuanced, and satisfying as its caffeinated counterparts.
