The gasket works great!

The gasket works great. It easily swaps out and installs in my older Baratza Encore grinder. I go through burrs pretty regularly (those light roast beans might as well be rocks), so this makes taking the hopper off smooth and effortless. It may seem like a superfluous upgrade but I don't think it is when you're using it multiple times a day like I do!

Better than the old one but still a little fussy

Was better than the old gasket design but I still managed to get it a little pinched so that it was kind of deformed when I took it apart to clean it.
