Our Big Timber Blend is a blend of high-grown Indonesian and Latin American coffees, combined to highlight the unique character of each origin. This blend uses a post-roast technique, with each coffee roasted individually to develop its distinct qualities before being expertly brought together. By using a variety of roast styles, we achieve a captivating complexity: creamy chocolate notes and bright citrus undertones meet the rich, smoky depth of our darker, signature roast.
The Name: Big Timber, a favorite double black diamond ski run at Schweitzer Mountain Resort where Rick, one of our founders, loves to carve first tracks. Big Timber’s steep drops, winding chutes, and tree lines present a bold challenge for even the most seasoned skiers, rewarding them with an unforgettable descent.
