Sourced from Colombia’s Huila region, this natural processed coffee is grown by smallholder farmers in the Laboyano valley using sustainable, low-impact farming methods to produce exceptional quality coffee. Satus is a collective of roughly 70 coffee growing families who are deeply committed to producing the most exceptional iterations of the coffees through traditional practices and boundary-pushing innovation. The cherries undergo a 72-hour fermentation before being slow dried to develop a vibrant flavor profile.
