This single-origin sweet bomb by Brandywine comes from Beneficio Las Lajas in Costa Rica’s Central Valley, run by Oscar and Francisca Chacón. Their signature black honey process, which preserves 100% of the mucilage, is slow-dried for 17–25 days under solar dryers, with the coffee being turned just once per day. The cup is bright and juicy, with sparkling notes of honeycrisp apple, Rainier cherry, and a deep caramel silkiness—concentrated sweetness in a cup.
