The Swiss Water Process is a patented process that removes the caffeine using only water. The flavor of the coffee remains delicious and consistent and avoids the unpleasant side effects that result when caffeine is removed using chemicals.
This coffee is what we serve for both our decaf espresso and drip coffee in the Mela cafe. It's great for making split-shot/half-caf drinks, drinking straight, or any other way that you might like to cut down on the caffeine and still enjoy your favorite coffee drinks.
NOTE: Our coffee is shipped out within 2 days of roast date, and shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
