Origin: Ethiopia | Region: Gogogu Washing Station, Guji Zone, Oromia Region | Process: Natural

Ethiopian coffee has a certain je ne sais quoi - special, unique flavors that are often hard to describe. The heirloom varietals grown in the birthplace of arabica coffee produce flavors that are so distinct and coveted. Guji is in the southern part of Ethiopia, a region known for pristine forests and exceptional soil quality. The Gogogu washing station is where small holder farmers from the Kofee District bring their coffee for processing. We enjoy the stonefruit and tea-like qualities of this coffee. It’s a perfect coffee to slow down with and experience how the coffee changes flavor as it cools in your cup.

Fun Fact: This coffee is a key part of Idyll’s House Blend
