This grinder has been phased out in favor of the Eureka Mignon Zero 65 Espresso Grinder.

The Eureka Mignon Zero is a single-dose espresso grinder built for home baristas who care about freshness, flexibility, and consistency. With 55mm flat steel burrs, near-silent operation, and a workflow designed to eliminate waste, the Zero makes it easy to switch between beans and dial in espresso without the guesswork. At $399, it's one of the most capable grinders in its price range — and when you buy from Clive, you get the team and education to make the most of it from day one.

Key Features

  • True single-dose workflow: Included bellows push nearly every ground through, so retention stays under 0.2 grams. No stale coffee, no waste.
  • 55mm flat steel burrs: Commercial-grade grind consistency and speed, built to handle daily use for years.
  • Stepless micrometric adjustment: Infinite control between settings means you can dial in any espresso exactly where it needs to be.
  • Quiet grinding: Heavy insulation keeps noise to a minimum — this is one of the quietest grinders Clive stocks.
  • Compact footprint: Fits comfortably on counters where space is tight, without sacrificing performance.
  • Included 58mm dosing cup: Grind directly into the cup, then transfer to your portafilter cleanly. No mess, no static scatter.

Ideal For

The Mignon Zero is ideal for intermediate home baristas who want to explore different beans without wasting coffee or dealing with stale retention. It's perfect for households where one or two people make espresso daily, and where counter space or noise might be a concern. If you're upgrading from a pressurized basket machine or a stepped grinder, the Zero offers a significant leap in consistency and control. If you're building your first real espresso setup and want a grinder that won't become a bottleneck as your palate develops, this is a smart choice under $400.

    This is the ideal grinder

This is the ideal grinder if you enjoy flavored espresso beans. The beans tend to be sticky when ground. They gum up conical burr grinders. This is a great solution.

    This is the perfect grinder

This is the perfect grinder for those that need single dosing. I have full caf first thing then switch to decaf for subsequent espressos making a single dose grinder a far better choice. I also appreciate the Mignon Zero’s continuous grind adjustment knob allowing very fine adjustments to grind size. The dosing cup does a fine job of collecting the grind with very little to no spillage. And the bellows does an excellent job extracting the last bits of ground coffee. Most times I get within 0~0. 1 grams out of what I put in. Getting a great grinder makes your coffee or espresso taste so much better. This is a great grinder!

    I love this machine. It’s

I love this machine. It’s quiet and every tenth of a gram of coffee that is put in comes out. I bought a pretty wooden cover for the bean hopper. I got it from a candle shop that sold one with the exact dimensions.

    This is a big upgrade

This is a big upgrade from my previous grinder. It is super quiet. I got up earlier than anyone else in the house. Now I can grind coffee and not wake anyone up. It gives a very consistent grind.

    We replaced a large commercial

We replaced a large commercial grinder with the Mignon Zero; our morning routine is now much quieter and far quicker than previously. As one of us drinks decaff, we used to clean the grinder throat to change between caffeinated and decaffeinated blends, each of which require different grinds. Now we dose each pour, clean with the bellows, and dose the next pour and this all both requires far less work and is cleaner than our previous routine. Where some reviewers have complained about dose adjustment with the Mignon, we find the adjustment to be finer scale than our previous commercial grinder (where the two grinders were one stop apart previously, we are now three steps apart, which makes microadjustment far easier). And quiet: did we mention quiet?
