Quick Mill Brew Boiler Temperature Probe

Solved the issue, semi pain to install because of tight quarters, videos of installation are great, just take pictures of setup/wiring before removing old one. Very satisfied

I called Clive Coffee and spoke to a very nice service tech named Ryan. Ryan was very understanding of my lack of knowledge of my Quick Mill Vetrano 2B. I did my best to explain what was happening and after some talking Ryan was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Ryan emailed me an invoice, then worked with me on getting a better shipping rate. I received a well thought out email of the instructions on how to replace the probe. Ryan was excellent about returning my emails and calls with all questions I had. I was surprised when I received a follow up from Ryan to make sure my machine was up and running again.(still put's a smile on my face) The probe is working perfectly and I am back to drinking the best espresso's.
