Vacuum Breaker Rebuild Kit

The teflon sleeve did not appear fit into the housing. I replaced the stem and the gasket and that solved the vacuum breaker problem. Kinda stressful though, it wasn't clear if I should force the new sleeve into the housing.

After 6 years of being on from early morning to late at night my Synchronika requires the vacuum breaker to be replacing every 12-18 months. If you start to notice water dripping from the drain behind the group head that is your indication to replace it now. If you wait you may need to replace the drain hoses and the plastic T connector. Hint: Order the Brass T connector and extra hoses just in case.

It's an easy, quick and cheap fix to that nagging drip, drip and boiler re-fill noise when you don't expect it. Mine needs to be replaced yearly. No big deal. Clive's got instructions and video. Easy.

It keeps the steam in

I purchase this to rebuild the breaker in my Profitec Pro 700, and unfortunately the Teflon piece was too large and wouldn't fit properly inside the valve.

Just what I needed

Noticed an issue with my Linea Mini and some online research indicated the vacuum breaker was due for service or replacement. Contacted Clive, whom I purchased the machine from several years ago, for confirmation and advice on the issue. Fantastic customer service. Helped diagnosis/double check the issue. Also confirmed that the internal parts of the vacuum breaker could be easily replaced for less cost than a whole new breaker. Parts order and they followed up with some great YouTube videos that made replacing the part myself incredibly easy. Can't say enough good things about Clive. They were amazing during the buying process and continue to be amazing with the support afterwards.

Perfect internal replacements on Letit Bianca steam breaker valve leak issue. Honestly the little rubber o-ring is probably all that's needed. A wrench on bottom and socket on top, and you don't even have to worry about sealing as you would if replacing the whole valve. Definitely the way to go!

The team at Clive are great. With their help my 10+ year old Profitec Pro is going strong. The vacuum breaker gets replaced almost annually as do other gaskets. Recently I had to replace the steam boiler gasket and with the help of the Clive tech team that was another successful surgery.
