Vibratory Pump Replacement

My Profitec Pro 300 got quiet mid shot and did not move any water around. I replaced the tank Plastic connector at the bottom of the tank because it was cracked. But it was the pump that died after 3 years. Anyway this Pump is awesome and is pretty quiet too. Thanks Ryan and everyone

Easy to install - it's a bit quieter, but not a whole lot.

I bought the vibratory pump accompanied by the support teams tech support. The instructions online and support documents got me to the finish line with a new pump and I’ve been pulling shots e we since. Don’t throw away these machines. With service they will go forever. I’ve been pulling shots daily since 2018 with little more than gaskets and screens. Thanks Clive!

The pump came in 3 days. Service department was great in directing me to online resources. Was easy to install in ECM Classika PID and had the machine backup and running just over an hour.

After you diagnosed the problem being a pump starting to go I ordered one to have the replacement on hand. Sure enough it went and I replaced with it the new one and its working perfectly. Replacement pump works as good - or better than - when we first purchased our Silvia. The new pump seems to handle an accidental overload of the brew basket much better, also. I also replaced the brew head gasket (not a difficult task) at about the same time. The gasket that was supposed to arrive in the post never made it. I am somewhat glad about that, since I purchased a silicone gasket, and it is fantastic as well. Could not be happier with the machine (at least 10 years old, now), or the service from Clive Coffee.

After describing my problem a tech said that a new pump was probably the solution -- and she was right. The video on removing the sheet metal surround was super helpful. Couldn't have done it with you!

I decided to replace the pump after noticing that it took longer for the pump to get started. The pump came with no instructions so it was initially not obvious how to remove the defective pump. At first attempt, it seemed as if I needed to remove the bottom screws that held the brackets that supported the pump, but these proved to be permanently bonded to the bottom side of the chassis. Before proceeding, I called Clive to ask for some advise, I left a message, but no one ever returned my call. Eventually I found a way to R/R pump so my Classico is back in operation. Not certain I will even purchase anything from Clive.

Best vibratory pump I’ve ever bought. Certainly vibrates. Definitely pumps. Would buy again, 10/10 stars.

I had a long diagnostic email thread in trying to diagnose a loss of water through the group head of my Lucca A53 Mini, and was finally able to figure out the parts I needed with fantastic support from Clive (shout out to Scott!). Not only was I able to leverage Scott, but Clive also has a wonderful suite of support articles and troubleshooting pages that I could reference while I was working my way to a solution. I ended up buying this and a new solenoid, but also wanted to shout out the Clive support, which may not necessarily align with any single product. I bought my machine 5+ years ago, and they have helped me a handful of times in product and buying support!
