Weber Workshops EPF (Espresso Paper Filters) add a simple, effective step to your espresso routine. Placed beneath the coffee puck, these filters prevent premature flow through basket holes, ensuring water distributes evenly across the entire puck—especially in the lower section where channeling often begins. The result: more uniform extraction, the ability to grind finer without choking the shot, and higher extraction yields at the same shot time.
