Be careful, their warranty doesn’t include shipping.

Clive coffee gave the impression this $40 part would solve the tray overfilling and leaking I’ve had since buying my machine from them A few years ago. First, they wanted me to pay for shipping to have my $4500 machine under warranty a few years ago. When the machine did completely fail, I spent another $750 to have it repaired for the same issue last month. Paying a couple hundred dollars for me to ship the machine one way didn’t seem worth it for the machine they assured me was fine. Their attitude turned sour fairly quickly as well. I should have stuck with Chris’s Coffee.
