Subminimal

Subminimal designs coffee tools that do more with less. Founded by Dominic Symons, the brand strips puck prep and dosing down to the essentials: fewer gadgets on your counter, fewer steps between grinder and shot. The Flick WDT hides its needles until you click them out, and the Subscale folds a dosing cup, shot glass, and 0.1g scale into a single palm-sized vessel with a display that only appears when you touch it.
