These touch points look great

These touch points look great on my Lucca M58. Also, I was surprised that it came with an IMS triple precision basket. The only reason that I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it does not include the walnut touch point for the group lever. If you do want to replace your group lever with a walnut handle, you can order this https://www.espressoparts.***/products/e61-manual-group-lever-cam-spindle and then you should be able to find a walnut handle that fits it with an M8 thread.

Poor quality, bad customer service

I purchased walnut X58 touch points for my birthday because Clive sent me an email letting me know they were available (they were not available when I purchased my X58 machine a few years ago or I would have purchased them at that time). I returned them for two reasons. First, the quality was poor. The wood sleeve on the portafilter handle did not line up and had a 1mm offset form the metal. Additionally, one of the teardrop handles had a groove from manufacturing. Second, the teardrop handles did not fit the steam and hot water wands. When I contacted customer service, I was very disappointed to learn that these handles only work on newer versions, not the earlier version I have. It does not indicate this anywhere on the website. I decided to return them in-person at the Portland showroom but was still charged a restocking fee even though all the reasons for returning them were Clive’s fault not mine. Finally, the person who processes the return was not sorry at all and could not have cared less about my experience. Clive has lost a customer for life. There are better places to get your gear. I suggest you go there instead.

Great craftsmanship. Colors don't match well.

Just got these in the mail today. The craftsmanship is great, but for such a premium priced cosmetic item I really wish they would have tried to match the wood color better across pieces. They're more or less all over the place. The portafilter handle is quite dark, the brew lever and one of the joysticks are in the middle, and the other joystick is almost as light as oak.

And I do get it. It's wood. Color varies. But these are cosmetic accents and they should really match better than this.
