Gotiti, Gedeb Drying Station is operated by an Ethiopian women-owned exporter. Coffee is grown at 2,150–2,200 masl by smallholder farmers using heirloom varieties, with no chemical inputs. Harvest takes place from November to January, with selective handpicking and floating before processing. Cherries are dried on raised beds for 12–15 days with manual sorting during and after drying. This is an intense and bright cup with chocolate and rum aroma, candy-like sweetness, and strawberry taste.
