While the components evolve throughout the year, the flavor profile stays consistent: chocolate-driven sweetness with lively acidity and soft fruit notes. Among 1000 Faces blends, Savio is the most fruit-forward, yet it remains versatile across every brew method and pairs beautifully with milk.

  • 50% Suke Quto (Ethiopia): Washed process from Guji Zone, sourced from Tesfaye Bekele's washing station—a 13-year partnership
  • 50% Suenos de Selguapa (Honduras): Washed process from family farms in Selguapa, sourced via Semilla Coffee
  • Tasting Notes: Apple juice, orange peel, fig, cinnamon roll, brown sugar, baking spices, toffee, chocolate
  • Versatility: Performs excellently as espresso, pour over, drip, or French press
