Home espresso is a big investment, and we want you to be 100% in love with your new setup. That’s why we offer 30 days to return your machine if it’s not the right fit. While return shipping and a small restocking fee are your responsibility (unless there’s an issue with the machine, in which case we’ll cover everything), we’ll make sure the rest of the process is smooth and simple.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date the order was delivered. Smallware items must be unused. Open Box and Certified Pre-Owned are non-returnable.
